As our products are made to order through our print-on-demand production process, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Please ensure that all order details, including your size, colour, product selection, and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue and assist you with an eligible exchange.

Important Requirements

An unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
