Welcome to MAISON H27. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

1. About MAISON H27

MAISON H27 operates this online store and sells clothing and other products. Our products may be made to order and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment providers.

2. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, and prices are accurate.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings. Minor variations may also occur due to manufacturing or printing processes.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change product prices or information at any time. Price changes generally will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and processed.

3. Orders & Payments

Customers are responsible for checking their size, colour, product selection, and shipping information before completing an order.

Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot generally be cancelled or changed.

We may cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to product availability, payment issues, technical errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not necessarily store your complete payment-card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand production process, all sales are final.

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

Customers should carefully check product details, sizing, colour, product selection, and shipping information before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for eligible issues, including:

Wrong size received due to a fulfilment error
Damaged product
Manufacturing or printing defect
Incorrect product received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange:

An unboxing video is mandatory.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging may be required.
Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Approved exchanges may take approximately 8–10 business days and are subject to stock availability.

We do not accept exchanges where the customer selected the wrong size, colour, or product while placing the order.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our website to:

Break any applicable law
Commit fraud or use unauthorized payment methods
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

Abuse discounts, promotions, or offers

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Unless otherwise stated, MAISON H27's logos, branding, product images, photographs, designs, text, graphics, videos, and website content are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

We may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, courier companies, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment services, analytics services, and marketing platforms.

These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We may share information necessary to process and deliver your order with relevant service providers.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, security, updates, or operational reasons.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAISON H27 will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
